Hello all, just wanna say hi to everyone. I am from London, England and am very glad to have found this forum . I have plenty of questions to ask and plenty of reading to do here.

I have spent loads of time over the past year trying to get to the root of all my problems and i am 99% certain that i have candida and LGS. I have read quite a few books and gone through alot of printer ink but it has paid off.

It took me a while to get myself on a candida diet (i am very fussy)but i eventually started it strictly the beggining of December.
