Hello, I am very new to this website, the diet and well all of it. I really do not have a post related to women's health issues. I am trying to figure out how to post a question in the various forums. I wanted to inquire about maple syrup and the experiences I'm having as a 5week vet of the candida diet.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Hi fan_cface,
To post a new topic on any particular forum, just go to where it says new, and click on discussion. A choice of forums to post on will come up, and you can choose the one you want to post to. If you want to add to an existing post, just go to the bottom and click where it says reply. Sometimes it is best to just do a search on whatever it is you are wondering about, because a whole bunch of useful posts will come up and this often answers your questions.
In any case, what is your question about maple syrup? I do know this is a no-no food, as it feeds candida, if that helps. I have been doing this diet since October, but have only recently started the antifungal program. How are you feeling after 5 weeks? Starting the diet is tough, but once you get through the first few months, things get MUCH easier! These forums and the people on them have helped me immeasurably.
