Has anyone had any success in eliminating candida with the use of an infrared sauna? There is some information out there Infrared Candida Link but it would be wonderful to hear some account from people in this forum. Thanks.

Most of the people here are on the protocol outlined on this site. I was REALLY sick a few years back when I came here, and after trying numerous programs this is the one that helped get me well again--so it's the one I recommend.

I don't know much about the infrared sauna, but I do know that any path back from candida requires an excellent diet, antifungals, repopulating the intestines with good bacteria, and supporting the immune system. I don't know how far this sauna would go in that vein, but it may be an added support if you choose to go that way.

I have no experience with it myself, but maybe others will pop in and share theirs.
