Tarilee or anyone know the difference between White Willow vs Cramp Bark? Both are used to help with menstrual cramps. Is one better than the other? Either bad for me?

Also, anyone have dosing suggestions for either?

They are often in herbal formulas together as they complement each other. I'm not a herbalist so cannot tell you of any contraindications. It's always a good idea to research herbs as much as you can before taking them.
