Hi all,
I have been eating coconut oil and tahini treats once every four nights. If I overindulge and have two (which is probably a total of two tablespoons coconut oil and two tablespoons tahini), I get these ENORMOUS burps about an hour later coming from the depths of my stomach, especially if I've been lying down and then sit up. Would anyone have trouble digesting such large amount of fats at once, about an hour after dinner? Maybe this is another sign that I need to add digestive enzymes to my protocol? Lisa |

Digestive enzymes are always helpful, especially in the support of CRC.

A short brisk walk for twenty minutes will be better for digestion. I hope these products and tips give you some helpful strategies to consider. Take care, Tarilee |
