Hey everyone! So...I wasn't sure where to post this, but what do you all think of herbal laxatives? most of the time I'm quite 'regular' but sometimes I'm not for a few days, and then I feel awful. I've tried pure psyllium husk powder(gluten, sugar, sugar replacer, and additive free) and it doesn't really seem to do anything. And , seeing as how I eat mostly veggies anyway, I don't think I'm short on fiber. So would the herbal laxative teas and tablets be ok? Oh, and I'm not currently battling candida- just love this forum and don't want the ol' yeast beast to come back.
thanks in advance!

I posted another post to you about this after Ash posted the article on the other thread.
