hi Tarilee! i've been trying to find a soap gentale enough to use (down there). i've found Tom's of Maine Natural soap. could you tell me if it's ok? ingredients:
Ingredient and Source Sodium palmate - Palm oils and soda ash Sodium cocoate - Coconut oils and soda ash Purified water Glycerin - Vegetable oil Sorbitol - Corn syrup Sodium dilinoleate - Pine and other tree oils Stearic acid - Vegetable oil Sodium gluconate - Cornstarch Potassium cocoate - Coconut oil and potash Potassium stearate - Stearic acid and potash Chamomile oil - Roman chamomile flowers Thanks! |

Hi there,
None of those ingredients alarm me. The real test will be to try it. If it stings, it's pH is too far from your own natural pH. I rate Tom's of Maine as sort of halfway on the 'purity scale.' There are even simpler, more natural soaps with less ingredients but, like I say, I don't see any thing alarming for your health there. Take good care, TLC |
