Please excuse me as I posted this question I think in the wrong spot(chalk it up to being new-don't know what excuses I am going to use when I am not so new Smile) Well as a new one here I am sure you have all heard these questions before but I have to ask anyways. Can we take vitamins on this diet and also can I still continue with taking my progesterone 3% for my menopause. I can if I need to change to evening primrose but first I would like to know about the progresterone as for me right now it is doing the trick.
thank you
Sherall

Hi Sherall, when that excuse wears out, there is always brain fog. Big Grin

Anyway I am not sure about progesterone, I have ever only taken evening primrose oil, but maybe someone else has a answer for that question.

As far as vitamins go, take only good quality vitamins that say they are free from yeast, sugar, corn, soy and other additives. You will be very surprised when you see how many of them contain yeast. Yes There are several supplements that you may want to add or double up on, like the MSM, vitamin B's, C's and a few others. Can't think of them off the top of my head, brain fog, you know. Winky

Hi Sherall,

I used to use Progesterone cream along with the program. I did not have any problem with it. In fact I could not be without it. I tried the Primrose oil and got a reaction in my back and neck pain. I did a search on it and some ND's say that it has inflammatory properties in it and that it has omega 6 that we get more than enough in our daily diet.Blessings Annie
