Hello Tarilee, Ashley, and Members,

I have been using the Caproyl and Oreganum between phases like other members. It is common sense to take the Whole Approach program methodically and then some. As of now I am on my 4th round of Oreganum. Today I have a very painful infection with those awful symptoms of swelling and fissures. It was my belief that I had conquered my once healthy stature in that area since those painful episodes had vanished 6 months after starting the Attogram and the diet.
I have introduced some sugars into my diet with additional carbs in minute moderations. Is there such a fact as being allergic to sugar? The Oreganum is the red flag gone off to warn me of what's happening. I can't have sugar of any kind. Besides the gastric distress, bloating, mind confusion, and acid reflux (which is causing the nausea)watery eyes, sinus problems, I bite the inner sides of my mouth and lip while I eat. According to a nurse friend, this is a sign of a swollen tongue. In addition I have difficulty in removing or putting on my rings, shoes, or clothes...since I am swollen. Considerable weight gain is also a fact. This is too strange.
I started the Attogram Program in late early summer of 2006. By now I should tolerate some form of sugars such as apples. When I don't have sugar all this symptoms are gone.

Hey Mil!!!

I'm sorry you're experiencing so many symptoms of die off--that stinks.

I know I was still actually on the stage one diet a year and a half into it, and when I began introducing foods I also had some issues. My biggest issue though was bingeing on fruit--I started to really crave it and had to cut it out again. After some more cleansing I reintroduced them and had no such problem.

I think it's really different for all of us--and that maybe you have to tighten up on the diet a little while longer--which I know you don't want to hear! Eek Wink

Were these symptoms brought on with the oreganum in the form of die off, or as a result of eating too many carbs or both? I have a tremendously difficult time with both oreganum and GSE in the purge on account of what I'm gathering is a parasitic overload--so any little bit sends me into a state no one wants to witness.

Also, when you say sugars--what are you referring to--just fruit?

Hi Ash angel,
Thanks for that bit humor which makes me chuckle. Your suggestions and experiences are so valuable to me.
I am in "the stage no ones wants to witness". Not pretty, and with this, one has to have alot of patience and tolerance. There is only so much that can be done.
The sugars are fruits...like apples. I steared off to eat to many of others than Granny Smiths. And the no-no was a handful of yogurt (just a handful not overflowing)coated almonds and pretzels. Eek It doesn't matter if the ingredients in the yogurt has organic rice syrup listed last. I am starting to realize I can't have sugars. The swelling is everywhere. It's painful to sit or walk. The complex carbs do not give me this reaction but then the amount of intake is rather small.
As you stated it is a combination of the Oregano, the yeasts, bacteria, and parasites. It's a battle of "armageddon" (die off) argue right now. Maybe decreasing the dosage from 3 drops a day may help. One thing is for sure is sugar is not a substance I should touch. The ramifications of steering out from my comfort zone maybe too early even though it has been 2 years of cleansing. The parasites have to be eliminated and there are many types to address. Even though parasites are everywhere, my case may be somewhat overwhelming since I travel to foreign lands. I am not sure how to handle this issue since my bodying is going through havoc. Anything stronger to purge the families will probably be tough to handle.
In any case, I am researching for another Naturopath that can help me in the quest above and no more sugars (unless it carbs in moderation)until there's an affirmative answer to my problem. I will continue with the Whole Approach Protocol. It has help me tremendously.
I will have to bite the bullet.
What "I don't want to hear" is precisely what I need. You are correct and the voice of experience!

Blessings,
mil

Hello there Mil!!!

How lovely to see you but how terrible to hear of the nasty developments in your health situation. I'm so sorry to hear this. It sounds wretched!

As I think you know I don't encourage people (even people with 'rock solid' constitutions) to look towards happy, healthy sugar consumption as a goal and, for you, it sounds like sugar may be a poison that would be best kept far from your lips forever!

Here's a link to an article we've posted here before. It's about all the ways that sugar harms our health: http://www.alternative-doctor.com/nutrition/sugar.htm

It may be that carbs just trigger immune reactions, inflammation and blood sugar issues that throw off your kidney function and your water balance. Bloating, mood swings, skin issues and greater vulnerability to all our health weaknesses are common consequences of eating sugar. Most folks who are very sensitive to sugar are also quite prone to yeast overgrowth and the toxicity associated with yeast overgrowth can at least partially explain some of the symptoms but sugar in and of itself can create enough health imbalance in sensitive people to help trigger all of the symptoms you've described and more.

Let us know if you decide to take any action towards the parasites you think you're dealing with. Have you used anti parasitic products in between the five phases before?

Hi Tarilee,
Good to hear from you too!

I have tried everything in phases 1,2,3, Zymitol, and the Digesticol. Grapefruit Seed Extract is used as a mouth wash or in my irrigator. After finishing my go rounds,I will commence the 4th phase.

The sugar seems to be the only factor. I've been faithful in following the diet and the Attogram Protocol instructions. According to my diary, it's been a steady increase of good health. It took a couple of days for a handful of simple sugars to completely constipate me and send my body into havoc. Elimination is imperatively important in my case.

I will keep you abreast of my research. For the last 6 months it's been quite hectic for me. I haven't had the time to post anything in reference to the cocoa butter. My present health issue now is forcing me to invest some time.

Thanks a bunch

Hi Mil!!

Well I hope you purge your body of both domestic and foreign parasites alike!! bounceflames I'm assuming regardless of their origin, they're causing a problem or two!

I just started back on caproyl again actually, since it's the mildest for me and right now I need mild. Die off can be really tough, especially when you're demanding so much of your body...We'll see how it goes...

When you can give us an update--I know you're busy!!

Take really good care,
