4 ounces of unsweetened chocolate
4 ounces of cocoa butter 3T Stevia (This recipe must be wrong. No recipe this size can have three tablespoons of stevia, or even three teaspoons!) I melt them together and then spoon it into the bottom of plastic egg cartons and put in the fridge for an hour or so. The only place I can find cocoa butter is online. I get mine at iherb.com and you can get $5 off your first order if you use referral code RIN658. I would die without chocolate. This message has been edited. Last edited by: Tarilee, |

Hi, I cant wait to try this recipe. Can you tell me what cocoa butter you use? The only cocoa butter I have found is for skin use. Thanks.

Hi there,
This sounds great. Keep in mind that chocolate has caffeine in it and is not suggested for the Candida diet. Also, the unsweetened chocolate would still have traces of sugar or artifical sweetners. Your best bet would be Organic Fair trade chocolate. Take a look at some of Tarilee's warnings on cocoa powders on this site Good luck! Amma |

I recommend caution with the addictive potential of chocolate as well as the pesticide content.
Also, this recipe needs reviewing I think. Tracy, welcome to the forum! Could you have a look at this and confirm the amounts? Pure stevia at three teaspoons or even more so at three tablespoons would be intolerably sweet. This must be a typo? Thanks! TLC |
