I've been desperate for a sweet fix, but don't have much in the house. After browsing the forum I was inspired to this tasty concoction.
Hemp Hearts cinnamon allspice stevia These are things I had in the cupboard. The hemp was pretty much a healthy filler to transport the sweet spice and make me feel like I'd eaten something. Worked in a pinch. This message has been edited. Last edited by: Tarilee, |

I used to mix cocoa, almond butter, sesame seeds, coconut oil, coconut, and stevia.
A real recipe called for rolling it in balls, but I never got past eating it by the spoon fulls out of the bowl. The cravings go away after awhile. I will try this too. Sometimes I just need a quick fix! GayAnn Welcome to the forum, by the way! It's a great place to be. |

I'm doing the Yeast Busters Candida Cleanse (weeks to a few months, not years!)
It didn't mention cocoa as a yes or no item, but I ended up having an allergic reaction. Darn! Been trying to find yummy alternatives. Maybe I'll replace cocoa with cinnamon in your recipe. Thanks! |

Another great, easy snack...
Raw almonds with sunflower seed butter on them. I bought "Organic Sunbutter". It actually looks EXACTLY like peanut butter but is only sunflower seeds - even made in a nut-free processing plant. This is so good and easy, I've been eating way to many. But I know I'm getting my protein and good fats at least! |

Hi Lisa,
Did you soak and blend the hearts or how did you mix this all up? Tarilee |
