This is about....Bellaruth Naparstek has a visual imagery book out and in it is a visualization to help with the immune system. I think it is excellent and would be willing to type it in this spot....then anyone who would want to use it just needs to tape it and play it back. If you like I could also preface it with a self-hypnosis beginning that could be taped also.

I'm going to use her style and see if I can't write one to chase those "bugger yeasties" down and out of our system too!

I'll check back and see what you think about the first part.

Well, Harpo is reading our Oprah site.....they asked that we not use anything copyrighted, etc. So they know we are there!

The copyright issue is an important concern on our forum as well. We have in the past credited certain authors for work that we've quoted and we've used fairly large sections of work at times – maybe even pushing the rules a bit?

There are limits to what we are allowed to quote and I will look into this more so that we can make sure that we aren't "stepping on anyone's toes".

Pam, I like your idea about self hypnosis. Why don't you email me once you've put something together. As far as quoting the book on here, that's a nice idea. I think we should hold off on that for the moment while we get current with. copyright issues. We don't want to disrespect any authors by using their work without permission - especially their fully work. In the past, I have contacted certain authors and find that they are often fine with portions of their books being quoted. It can acutally act as free advertising for them and their work. Do you happen to know this author?
