Hi all..
Best of the Season. I am thinking of trying
some liver cleansing. I see that you are now
offering the St Francis herbs and I imagine the
Dandelion/Sillymarin is the best.

I was wondering what Tara had to say about
the Hulda Clark type liver flushes. Also, have
any of you seen any noticable results from taking
liver cleanses or herbs to stimulate the liver...

Hi Paul,

As you know, there are many ways to approach liver cleansing. The SFHF milk thistle product is my favourite and that's why I urged Linda to bring it in for our members who want to work with their liver.

I've never tried nor worked with folks using Hulda Clark's approach so I won't comment on it. Liver cleansing is something that needs to be approached very, very gently and gradually when one has CRC. Managing liver cleansing is much like managing candida die off and it requires similar attentiveness to the body.

If rushed, it can bring on symptoms of flu. Emotional rawness is also common as it seems to act cathartically. If you feel anger, irritability or depression, these may be signs that you are moving some congestion out of your liver.

Take good care and good luck with it Paul.
